The Store Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to contractors and walk-in customers while accurately processing orders and quotes. They also maintain store organization, manage inventory, and promote new products to drive sales.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of paid customer service experience. Preferred qualifications include three years of experience in the HVAC industry, warehouse operations, and inventory or ERP systems.

What You’ll Do: As a Store Sales Associate, you’ll create exceptional experiences for walk-in customers, phone-in contractors, and internal teammates. You’ll guide contractors to the right solutions, process orders quickly and accurately, and keep our store running smoothly and efficiently. It is expected that the Store Sales Associate will work a minimum of 40 hours per week in accordance with the standard company operating hours of 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
Where You’ll be Working: This position works in a store and warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, forklifts, and tape dispensers. This role requires standing for extended periods of time, which may include the entirety of the scheduled shift.
