Our Maintenance Technician I assist us to maintain guestrooms, public areas, and back of house spaces to luxury standards, ensuring an immaculate, well-maintained environment. This role performs maintenance tasks across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, basic electrical, and cosmetic restoration.
The Maintenance Tech I supports elevated guest experiences by executing assigned work, monitoring conditions, and identifying items requiring escalation. This role provides support for exterior areas, pools, and wellness amenities—including Japanese style ofuro soaking facilities—by assisting with cleanliness, basic operational readiness, and visual inspections.
