Inspect wood framing systems, including stud walls and trusses, to ensure compliance with approved plans and CBC standards. Document findings through daily reports and coordinate with contractors to correct framing deficiencies.
Candidates must possess at least one ICC or ACI certification, such as a Commercial Building Inspector or Reinforced Concrete license. Must be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
