We are seeking a motivated and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at our multi-family apartment property in Columbus, Ohio. In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining the property in optimal condition, including handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs. You will also assist with unit turns/remodels to enhance the property's aesthetic and functionality between tenants.
