The Maintenance Technician performs scheduled, preventative, and emergency maintenance on building mechanical systems to ensure resident satisfaction. They are also responsible for site inspections, coordinating trades, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Candidates must have at least two years of related general maintenance experience and a high school diploma with additional post-secondary courses. Proficiency in health and safety practices and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 25 kilograms are required.

Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician will contribute and participate in activities related to preventative and unscheduled maintenance, as well as environmental, health and safety, and other special initiatives, with a goal of always providing exceptional resident satisfaction through the delivery of great service to all residents.
