Candidates must have one to three years of general maintenance experience and the physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Certifications in HVAC, EPA, and CPO are preferred for this role.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Technician at Apartment Management Professionals (AMP) is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of apartment units and property facilities. Key duties include preparing apartments for move-in, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and performing repairs, as well as conducting general maintenance and preventative work in compliance with AMP’s standards. The technician will inspect and restore units to "make-ready" status, handle repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other systems, and address tenant requests promptly. The role requires a strong focus on safety, customer service, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
