The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable culinary professional who takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality food in a refined, fast-paced environment. This individual values teamwork, attention to detail, and execution at a high standard. Experience in upscale dining, private clubs, or resort-style operations is strongly preferred.
Prepare and execute menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
Utilize your expertise in pizza dough preparation, stretching, topping, and baking to produce exceptional handcrafted pizzas.
Work across multiple kitchen stations, including grill, sauté, pantry, and garde manger, as business needs require.
Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest quality standards.
Assist with daily prep, including sauces, proteins, vegetables, pizza ingredients, and mise en place.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Follow all food safety, labeling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
Collaborate with chefs and fellow team members to provide efficient, seamless service.
Support banquet, à la carte, and special event operations.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, country club, or upscale dining environment.
Proven experience in pizza preparation, including dough handling, stretching, baking, and pizza oven operation.
Strong culinary skills with the ability to work multiple stations.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
SERV Safe Food Handler Certification preferred or obtained within 30 days of hire.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, twisting, and repetitive motion.
