The Dockhand is responsible for assisting guests with boating needs, including securing vessels and performing facility sanitation. They must also maintain a clean and safe marina environment while providing friendly and professional service.
Candidates should have the ability to collaborate effectively and possess or be willing to learn marina operations. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and the ability to swim or wear a flotation device.

The Dockhand may be the first person our guests interact with when arriving to the marina. It is important that they deliver superior marina experience to all our guests. Dockhands assist the Dockmaster and other Dockhands in all duties related to the marina. Doing so while being friendly, positive and accommodating, they also keep the area clean, safe, and well maintained.
