The Master Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive systems while providing leadership and mentorship to the shop team. They must also interact directly with customers to explain technical issues and proposed solutions clearly.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of automotive mechanical experience and a high school diploma or GED. Required certifications include Section 609 and a valid driver's license, with ASE certifications (A1-A8) strongly preferred.
Position Summary
