The Ground Service Agent is responsible for guiding aircraft to and from gates and managing the loading and unloading of passenger bags and cargo. They must also operate ground support equipment while maintaining strict adherence to safety and security regulations.
Candidates must possess a valid state driver's license and the ability to pass SIDA airport clearance and required training tests. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with the physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
