The Upholstery Trimmer is responsible for fitting, installing, and securing fabric onto wooden furniture frames using various hand and power tools. They must also ensure quality standards, perform repairs, and track production progress using computer systems.
Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of furniture trimming experience and the ability to perform physical tasks like standing for 8 hours. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with basic computer knowledge and familiarity with LEAN manufacturing.
