Full job description
About Luzid
Luzid is the intelligent layer between how enterprises operate and the software that runs them. We give system integrators and enterprise architects AI agents that automate the most complex, expensive, and error-prone work in enterprise software delivery: capturing requirements, flagging risks, generating documentation, configuring systems, and running tests; end to end, from pre-sales through go-live.
We are a team of AI experts and ERP veterans from Stanford, SAP, Two Sigma, Microsoft, Meta, and Uber. In 11 months of operations, we've built a multi-million dollar pipeline and are already partnered with some of the world's largest global consulting firms.
About the Opportunity
Every enterprise runs on business processes: how they fulfill orders, procure materials, close books, manage supply chains. These processes get mapped during ERP implementations, then immediately start drifting. People leave. Documentation goes stale. The reasoning behind critical decisions disappears into tribal memory.
The result: a recurring, multi-million-dollar rediscovery effort every time a business needs to change, whether responding to new regulations, absorbing an acquisition, extending its systems, or optimizing workflows.
Over 75% of enterprise software implementations run over budget or over time. The global ERP services market is worth $250 billion annually. Agentic AI is about to restructure how all of that work gets done, and no tool is built for that transition yet.
About the Role
We're looking for our founding Talent Partner to build one of the most ambitious recruiting functions in AI. Our philosophy is straightforward: we want to be at the frontier of how AI companies identify, attract, assess, and close the highest-quality people in the world. We don't view recruiting as a support function or a service desk for hiring managers. The people we bring into Luzid will determine the company we become.
This is not a role where you inherit an established recruiting machine. You'll design it. Working directly with the founders, you'll define how Luzid hires across San Francisco, São Paulo, the broader United States, and Europe. You'll recruit hands-on, build the systems behind the work, develop our talent brand, and create the relationships and communities that make exceptional people want to join Luzid.
The goal is to build a durable talent advantage. This is a role for someone who wants to build the playbook, not run someone else's. Beyond recruiting, you'll own parts of talent ops: compensation benchmarking, employee satisfaction, and building Luzid's presence and brand in the talent market.
What You'll Do
Build Luzid's recruiting process from scratch: sourcing, screening, interviews, evaluation, offer, and onboarding. We have a first version running on Ashby, but there's a lot to improve.
Recruit actively for roles in San Francisco and São Paulo, plus remote positions across the US and Europe, understanding the culture, compensation norms, sourcing channels, and compliance requirements specific to each market.
Build and execute Luzid's employer branding strategy.
Plan and run events, from meetups and conferences to happy hours, to build visibility and attract talent.
Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand each role's and team's needs.
Own recruiting metrics and reporting: time to hire, funnel conversion, sourcing channel performance, and more.
Support talent ops: compensation benchmarking and structure, and employee satisfaction and engagement tracking.
What We're Looking For
Prior recruiting experience, in-house or agency, ideally at an early- or growth-stage startup.
A hands-on, zero-to-one builder, comfortable creating process without a ready-made playbook.
Excellent written and verbal English. Portuguese and/or Spanish are a plus but not required; all Luzid team members are expected to be fluent in English.
Experience with, or genuine appetite for, events and community-building. This role is recruiting plus brand plus community, not just filling pipelines.
Strong autonomy, organization, and an ownership mindset.
Why Join Luzid
Build the talent function from zero, with direct influence on culture and team composition.
Work across multiple markets, the US, Brazil, and Europe, with real international exposure.
A broad, visible role spanning recruiting, brand, and community, reporting directly to the founders.
Visa Sponsorship
We sponsor H-1B and O-1 visas for candidates based in the United States.

Luzid is an end-to-end agentic delivery platform built for ERP projects. It gives project teams a single, structured environment to manage knowledge, automate repetitive work, and maintain control across every phase of delivery — from initial scoping through go-live.
What sets Luzid apart is that it doesn't just organize your project — it actively works alongside your team. Agents continuously monitor project progress, surface risks, and execute multi-step tasks autonomously, drawing on your project's actual knowledge and data. The result is a platform that reduces manual overhead while keeping delivery on track.
Rather than relying on scattered documents, manual tracking, and one-off tools, Luzid brings everything into one place: the project's knowledge, the work products, the methodology, and the data that needs to be tracked and governed.
