This role requires a proven track record of capturing large, complex federal contracts and an ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional business acumen, a passion for winning, and the ability to manage and inspire large, cross-functional teams.
SAIC’s Capture Managers are responsible for the end-to-end ownership of two (2) to four (4) simultaneous pursuits, working closely with internal teams to mature opportunities through the Corporate Business Development and Capture Management Processes. This includes developing win strategies, building and managing diverse teams, creating compliant and compelling proposals, and driving innovative solutions.
This role requires demonstrated business acumen and market understanding, with deep knowledge of the federal civilian agencies including, key market drivers, and evolving trends. Candidates must have the ability to assess customer needs and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements, using these insights to craft differentiated win strategies. A strong win mentality and competitive drive are essential to develop and execute capture plans that align with company growth objectives.
