The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, applications, and PACS systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing user access, and providing support to internal departments and clients.

Proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365, and hardware troubleshooting is required, along with the ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
Overview
The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting CIVIE’s IT infrastructure, applications, and day-to-day technology operations. This role works closely with members of the IT team, business users, and clients to ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and available. This position also supports our PACS systems and related applications.
