The NPI intern will support the design, integration, and validation of cellular and RAN solutions within laboratory and customer environments. Candidates must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with an interest in wireless technologies and systems integration.

Ericsson’s Networks Domain New Product Introduction (NPI) team helps bring new cellular and radio access network (RAN) products and solutions from development into customer environments. The team works with Ericsson Customer Units across Market Area Americas to design, integrate, validate, demonstrate, and troubleshoot solutions that are new to the market or to a customer.
As an NPI intern, you will work with experienced solution architects, engineers, product teams, and customer-facing organizations. You will gain practical experience in solution introduction, technical validation, network testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Previous NPI, telecom, or customer-facing experience is not required. We are seeking a motivated student pursuing a technical degree who is interested in cellular communications, wireless networks, systems integration, and emerging technologies.
