The Help Desk Lead manages daily help desk operations, prioritizes trouble tickets, and provides hands-on Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support. They also mentor technicians, escalate complex issues to Tier 3, and ensure proper documentation and resolution of all technical requests.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field and 3-5 years of IT support experience. Additionally, the role requires 1-2 years of supervisory experience and the ability to work full-time on-site in Los Angeles.

The Help Desk Lead is a working technical leader responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the help desk while providing hands-on Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support. This position manages and prioritizes trouble tickets, assigns work to helpdesk technicians, escalates issues to Tier 3 or the appropriate IT team, and actively participates in troubleshooting and resolution.
