The Senior Staff Product Engineer will lead the development of complex SOC products from concept to production, ensuring quality, cost targets, and timelines are met. They are responsible for defining characterization plans, managing test plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
Candidates must have extensive experience in semiconductor product engineering, specifically with complex SOCs and ATE equipment. A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, along with a proven track record of delivering products to production.
MaxLinear is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Product Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on the following:
MaxLinear has a Total Compensation philosophy which includes base salary and annual discretionary bonus eligibility and many positions also include stock-based compensation.
MaxLinear expects to offer a starting base salary within the range of: $141,000 to $172,000

The actual starting base salary will be determined by the match to certain role-related criteria such as educational degree(s) or equivalent, relevant work experience, skillset needed for the role, and geographic location; this is not an all-inclusive list as some roles may require unique skills or experience.
