WHO WE ARE
We’re not in the wing business. We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.
Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.
WHAT WE’LL NEED
The International Technology team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to build and manage technology systems and deployments across Wingstop’s current and future international markets. Working with the International team and with other Technology team members (Solutioning, Project Management, Infrastructure, Information Security, Privacy, BI), and Wingstop franchisees, you will define product components, roadmap, success criteria, and lifecycle and drive towards global unification and standardization.
This role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Development, Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing, and 3rd party tech vendors to define business capabilities and evaluate product impact. Clear communication and prioritization are critical, as is a proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented style.
Additionally, you will be responsible for leading new region/market entries and other innovative projects as part of a taskforce which includes a Solution Engineer and technical Project Manager. Projects will vary depending on business priorities.
Define & execute product vision and strategy with cross-functional and regional stakeholders, centering the user experience and competitive market research and designing for rapid scalability.
Strong ability to partner and influence cross-functionally and advanced ability to translate business needs into technology capabilities. Build coalitions and partnerships across all aspects of the business to garner support for product vision and strategy.
Identify & evaluate 3rd-party technology vendors and technology capabilities. Manage 3rd-party vendors to build out technology products using expertise in system integration to achieve experience parity and data accessibility across different solutions.
Devise & templatize measurable success metrics related to products. Create business case reporting for roadmap items.

3+ years of physical retail or restaurant experience preferred
Deep experience in API integrations, commerce technologies, and marketing technologies
Experience in enabling data transfer consistency across diverse solutions highly preferred
Customer-experience acumen with deep knowledge of user experience testing practices
Metrics centric with deep experience in KPI formation and metrics reporting
Routine need to shift priorities among simultaneous projects, while upholding quality and sense of urgency
Excellent reading and writing skills with ability to communicate clearly to all levels of management
Fluency in English, 2nd language preferred
Technical knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Power BI, Project Management software & ability to learn new applications
Ability to guide less senior product managers on the team
WHO YOU ARE
No job is too small. You recognize that the real work happens in the restaurants, and everything we do should support their success. You stay humble, roll up your sleeves, and always look for ways to help. You learn from others and contribute wherever you can.
You care deeply about doing great work and driving results. You’re curious, ask questions, and seek out opportunities to improve. You don’t just point out problems—you bring solutions, ideas, and perspectives that move the team forward.
You take full responsibility for your work and see things through to completion. You aren’t afraid to fail because you know that failure is a part of learning and growth. You take action, move fast, and keep pushing forward.
You lead with empathy, respect, and emotional intelligence. You collaborate effectively, fostering a culture of trust and constructive feedback. You understand the importance of teamwork and ensure that your actions build others up rather than break them down.
