Texas Instruments is looking for a BCD Technologist in Dallas, TX. This is a visionary leader in semiconductor technology who will help drive innovation in BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) technology and maintaining a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving industry.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Work with business partners to define key process/component needs for next generation analog/power products.
Define Component Architectures and Process Flow Integration for next generation BCD technologies.
Work with manufacturing teams to develop next generation technologies.
Work with productization teams to implement next generation technologies.
Support new analog/power product ramps on next generation technologies.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
PhD degree in Electrical engineering, Materials Science, or physics.
10 + years of experience in Device & Process Integration development for BCD related technology.
Deep understanding of Analog/Power technologies and their integration into a variety of products.
Experience with 65nm and below.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
