| Garantizar la gestión y disponibilidad de remitentes (senders) en la plataforma Infobip, asegurando líneas activas para campañas de Marketing y Collections, y evitando bloqueos en canales como WhatsApp y SMS mediante buenas prácticas operativas. |
Registro de senders: Realizar el registro oportuno y correcto de remitentes (senders) en la plataforma Infobip.
Control de cumplimiento: Asegurar que se cuente con la cantidad de senders necesaria para la ejecución de campañas de Marketing y Collections, cumpliendo con los tiempos requeridos.
Gestión de sim cards: Recepción, inventario y resguardo de SIM cards para su uso en las campañas.
Seguimiento operativo y reportes: Llevar un control actualizado del estatus de los senders, sim cards y avances del proceso a través de reportes de seguimiento internos.
Detección y escalamiento técnico: Detectar oportunamente posibles fallas en la plataforma Infobip y escalar al área técnica correspondiente para su resolución.
