Nous gérons des campagnes Paid Social à fort volume sur Meta, TikTok et YouTube, déployées simultanément sur de nombreux marchés.

Nous recherchons une personne qui comprend qu'en Paid Social, une création n'a de valeur que si elle génère des performances.
Si vous savez créer des vidéos qui captent l'attention, retiennent l'audience et convertissent, tout en exploitant les outils d'IA pour produire plus vite et plus efficacement, ce poste est fait pour vous.
Concevoir et produire des vidéos publicitaires courtes (15 à 30 secondes) pour Meta, TikTok et YouTube.
Développer plusieurs concepts créatifs et accroches pour une même campagne.
Adapter les créations à différents marchés, langues et formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9).
Intégrer des outils d'intelligence artificielle dans votre processus de création afin d'accélérer la production et d'augmenter le volume de contenus.
Assurer une veille constante des tendances créatives sur Meta, TikTok et YouTube (hooks, concepts et formats performants).
Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe Performance Marketing afin d'améliorer les créations en fonction des résultats obtenus.
Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans la création de vidéos publicitaires pour le Paid Social (Meta, TikTok ou YouTube).
Excellente maîtrise des hooks : vous savez capter l'attention dès les trois premières secondes.
Bonne maîtrise d'Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut ou d'outils de montage équivalents.
Expérience avec des outils vidéo basés sur l'IA tels que Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs ou équivalents.
Vision marketing : vous pensez avant tout en termes de performance et de conversion.
Maîtrise de l'anglais et/ou du français (l'espagnol est un plus).
Portfolio présentant des exemples de vidéos publicitaires destinées au Paid Social.
Expérience dans le e-commerce, la mode ou le textile.
Expérience sur des audiences B2B.
