Meet the team:
You’ll join Dexcom’s growing Commercial Excellence organization, where business partnership, data, systems, and insights come together to power commercial planning, engagement, execution, enablement, and measurement across EMEA. The team is transforming how Dexcom leverages commercial data—building a connected ecosystem, turning data into foresight & action, enabling field teams to deliver one coherent high-value experience, and elevating strategic decision‑making. We’re collaborative, fast‑moving, and committed to making data a competitive advantage.
The Commercial Data & CRM Operations Analyst is a hands‑on partner to Commercial teams responsible for executing and scaling CRM capabilities while ensuring high‑quality, reliable commercial master data. This role combines CRM platform execution with Master Data Management (MDM) operations to improve field effectiveness, data quality, and commercial decision‑making across EMEA.
Where you come in:
Build, configure, and maintain Veeva CRM / Vault features (objects, layouts, rules, workflows, reports, dashboards) aligned to commercial priorities, enabling efficient and insight‑driven field execution.
Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, balancing user experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Operate day‑to‑day Master Data Management (MDM) processes, including evaluating and maintaining customer (HCP / HCO / account) data using established business rules and data quality criteria.
Execute data quality improvements across MDM and CRM, including data clean‑up initiatives, validation, and maintenance of customer hierarchies, affiliations, and attributes.
Support MDM and CRM integration activities, including onboarding, data migration, and alignment of legacy data with current business and system requirements.
Partner with Commercial Data Enablement, Analytics, Sales Operations, and IT teams to prioritize enhancements, resolve data issues, and ensure systems and data enable business processes.
Act as a frontline support resource for field teams, managing user requests, performing functional testing and validation, and ensuring solutions are production‑ready and adoption‑focused.
Maintain documentation of business rules, configurations, and data decisions, and track operational KPIs related to data quality, system usage, and process efficiency.
What makes you successful:
Experience working in MedTech or Pharmaceutical European commercial organizations and strong understanding of commercial data and processes.
Hands‑on experience with Veeva CRM / Veeva Vault configuration and feature deployment in a Commercial Excellence or Sales Operations environment.
Strong understanding of master data concepts, including customer hierarchies, matching, merging, survivorship, and data validation.
Experience executing data quality, data stewardship, or CRM data management activities with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage both system configuration tasks and operational data workloads, prioritizing effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience performing functional testing, validation, and supporting user acceptance to ensure high‑quality system deployments.
Clear communicator, who can collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, field teams, analysts, and IT partners.
Proactive, execution‑oriented mindset with a focus on improving data quality, system capabilities, and user experience.
Access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.
An exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.
