The Role: We’re looking for a creative, organised, and commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to support the continued growth of the PILAT3S and TRIB3 brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across cross functional teams, and has a passion for creating engaging content, identifying emerging trends, and bringing fresh ideas to life. As part of the Marketing team, you'll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising marketing activity across digital channels.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. There is the potential for the role to be extended or become permanent, subject to business needs and satisfactory performance.

• Content Planning: Develop and execute monthly content strategies for PILAT3S and TRIB3, including defining content pillars, researching and adapting social media trends, planning content themes, and building structured content calendars across social media, blogs and PR.

• Content Creation: Create engaging, on-brand content and copy across all marketing channels, turning creative ideas into compelling content that reflect each brand's tone of voice and identity.

• Community Management: Engage and monitor social media activities, comments and queries.

• Social Media Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly reports for both PILAT3S and TRIB3, highlighting key metrics such as audience engagement, impressions, reach and followers across social media channels.

• Campaign Management & Paid Media: Support the planning, set up and optimisation of Meta Ads, tracking metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS to improve campaign performance and support audience growth.

• Franchisee Marketing Support: Provide marketing support to franchise partners by responding to queries, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and supporting the development and delivery of triannual marketing toolkits that are engaging, commercially relevant and on brand.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role - with a strong understanding of social media, content, email marketing and B2B PR.
• Confident in creating and curating content, with a proven track-record of delivering high-performing marketing campaigns.
• Experience in copywriting, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand content for multiple marketing channels.
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager and interpreting campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS).
• Experience using social media scheduling, email marketing, analytics platforms and content management platforms (e.g. Metricool, Momence, Google Data Studio, Canva or similar).

• Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.
• A creative thinker with a strong eye for content, branding, and storytelling.
• An organised and proactive self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• A genuine passion for health, fitness and boutique wellness brands is desired. We love team workouts and experiencing hands-on the TRIB3 & PILAT3S experience!
