The manager will lead the development of business forecasting models and provide deep performance analytics to drive strategic decision-making. They will collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure high-fidelity demand planning and consistent business performance tracking.
Successful candidates must have 4-6 years of experience in business analytics, strategic planning, or quantitative finance. Proficiency in forecasting methodologies, statistical analysis, and advanced Excel is required to influence business strategy through data-driven insights.

The Planning & Analytics Strategist is responsible for leading the development of business forecasting models and providing deep performance analytics to drive strategic decision-making. This role collaborates across Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure high-fidelity demand planning and business performance tracking. You will be the point person for translating historical trends and market signals into actionable projections, helping the organization anticipate shifts and optimize resource allocation. The ideal candidate possesses strong statistical foundations, high business acumen, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive decisions at the executive level. This is a role for someone who doesn't just report numbers, but tells the story behind them, connecting the dots between performance, root cause, and what it means for the business going forward.
This role is fully remote and not tied to any specific office location. While there are no regular in-office requirements, we encourage our remote team members to gather intentionally for key company and team events to stay connected and engaged.
