The Sales and Service Manager is responsible for driving member acquisition and retention through the leadership of the sales and service team. They oversee the delivery of a member-centric experience while ensuring the attainment of revenue goals for memberships, fitness, and retail products.
Candidates should have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and current CPR/AED certifications. Prior management experience in service sales, preferably within the fitness industry, is highly desired.
