We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Club Manager to lead daily club operations, drive membership growth, and deliver an exceptional member experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and is passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for:
Driving new member acquisition through lead generation and conversions
Engaging with leads and existing members through calls, follow-ups, and in-person interactions
Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term member relationships
Supporting Personal Trainers by generating and referring qualified leads
Ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently at all times
Meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets
Continuously identifying opportunities to improve member experience and club performance
Leading by example in creating a positive, energetic, and welcoming club culture
