The Assistant Venue Manager will lead a high-energy team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving venue revenue and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing rosters, P&L, staff training, and fostering an inclusive, fun-focused workplace culture.
Candidates must have at least one year of people management experience and a valid RSA and Working with Children Check. The role requires availability to work nights and weekends and a proactive, guest-focused attitude.

Now, we’re on the lookout for an Assistant Venue Manager to join the team at Strike Bowling & Holey Moley in Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise - someone who’s passionate about people, driven by fun, and ready to create unforgettable experiences.
