The ideal candidate should have customer service or sales experience and possess a reliable smartphone. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. and have reliable transportation to the studio locations.

In this role, you’ll connect with clients during and after class to:
• Learn about their experience and goals
• Build genuine rapport and community
• Recommend membership options that fit their needs
• Onboard new members and help them maximize their experience
You’ll also support the in-studio experience by capturing social media content during class and helping maintain our welcoming, high-energy vibe.
The ideal person:
• Loves talking to people and building relationships
• Is persuasive, articulate, and confident
• Thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Is values-driven and passionate about helping others feel confident
• Has customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)

Compensation:
• $15/hour as a W-2 employee
