The Facilities Administrator will oversee purchasing, inventory management, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth club operations. They will also maintain facilities compliance, inspection calendars, and accurate administrative documentation across multiple locations.
Candidates must have 3-5+ years of experience in facilities coordination, operations, or property management. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between Chicagoland locations are required.
We’re looking for a highly organized Facilities Administrator to help keep our clubs running smoothly behind the scenes. This role will oversee purchasing, parts and supply coordination, inventory, vendor communication, and facilities compliance across our locations.
You’ll be the central point of coordination for the administrative side of Facilities — making sure our teams have what they need, vendors are moving, supplies are organized, and important inspections and requirements stay on track.
