The Front Desk Team Member is responsible for greeting guests, managing gym access, and providing administrative support to ensure a positive member experience. Key duties include processing retail sales, handling membership accounts, and maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk area.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and flexibility to work weekends and holidays are required.

This position will aid with member requests, inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties as directed by the Gym General Manager. As the initial point of contact to our club, the Front Desk is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable guest experience.
