Provide one-on-one aquatic therapy to children and adolescents with various disabilities while creating tailored goals. Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and invoicing, and communicate effectively with team members and families.
Candidates must hold professional certifications such as CTRS, TRS/TXC, or LMT, along with CPR/AED/First Aid and water rescue training. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and professional liability insurance are mandatory for this role.

Community Health and Wellness provides private programming--therapies and classes as well as services to clients on three state Medicaid waiver programs: Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Waiver, Home and Community Services (HCS) Waiver, and Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) Waiver. WHERE WE SERVE. Our company sees clients all across Texas, from down to the Corpus Christi Bay all the way up to Dallas-Fort Worth. We strive to be the best in our field and our number one priority is Client Satisfaction. WHAT WE DO. Community Health and Wellness collaborates licensed/certified counselors and para-professionals to customize services for children, youth, and adults with disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses. Through countless hours of dedicated service, we strive to offer the highest quality therapeutic services to both the individuals and communities we serve.
