Candidates must hold a nationally recognized Personal Training Certification and possess at least one year of experience in both sales and leadership. The Fitness Manager at Defined Fitness takes the lead in everything they do. You are diligent, empowering, determined to inspire and create a culture of success while improving the lives of all team members and members. You are Defined Fitness. The Fitness Manager is responsible for providing leadership and support to a team of personal trainers and their clients while involving as many Defined Fitness members as possible in the personal training programs through the sale and education about the program. You are responsible for the quality of member satisfaction regarding personal training. Fitness Managers will oversee personal training sales, sales reporting, sales training, renewal tracking, and educating personal trainers and other team members about personal training and participate in the leadership and management of the club by demonstrating the following qualities:
