The Health & Safety Specialist develops, implements, and monitors safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce liability within correctional facilities. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Safety Management or Industrial Hygiene. Additionally, eight years of work experience in occupational safety, risk management, or regulatory compliance is required.
