Provides administrative supervision for the care, treatment, and security of residents in a youth services center. Manages staff through hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions while ensuring the safety and welfare of all residents.
Requires an Associate's degree and four years of experience in a secure or correctional facility serving at-risk populations. Must possess a valid New Mexico driver's license and be able to complete specialized restraint and juvenile code training.
