The custodian performs daily cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, and furniture. They also conduct minor facility repairs, grounds maintenance, and manage janitorial supply inventory.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and the ability to read, write, and speak English. A valid New Mexico driver's license is required, along with the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate cleaning equipment.
