En tant que gestionnaire principal·e, Gestion de produits techniques, vous piloterez la chaîne de valeur virtuelle qui propulse la plateforme mondiale de SSENSE. Concevoir la stratégie virtuelle : Définir et déployer l'empreinte virtuelle mondiale (Global Virtual Footprint) en dirigeant la conception fonctionnelle des capacités clés, telles que l'outil de planification de l'assortiment (Assortment Planning Tool) et le moteur de marchandisage (Merch Engine).

Gérer les partenaires d'affaires et la gouvernance : Superviser les relations clés avec les fournisseurs, mener les RFI/RFP (demandes d'information et d'offres) et négocier les renouvellements de contrats afin d'optimiser le contrôle des coûts, en partenariat avec l'équipe d'ingénierie de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
Qualifications :
Baccalauréat en technologie d'affaires, systèmes d'information, informatique, génie industriel ou dans un domaine connexe (maîtrise en administration des affaires [MBA] privilégiée).
7 ans d'expérience dans un poste de direction en opérations numériques, en technologies de commerce de détail omnicanal ou en ingénierie de l'expérience client, idéalement au sein d'une entreprise de commerce électronique en forte croissance.
Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'équipes hautement performantes et dans la gestion du changement avec une influence marquée auprès de la direction.
Excellentes connaissances fonctionnelles de l'architecture virtuelle, incluant les systèmes de gestion des commandes (OMS), la quantité d'articles disponibles à la vente (ATS), la promesse de livraison (ATP) et les plateformes de service client.
Une certification professionnelle en gestion de produit et une certification Six Sigma Green Belt sont requises (les certifications Black Belt, PMP ou Scrum Master sont de grands atouts).

What You Will Do:
Functional mastery of the virtual suite (Planning Tools, Merch Engines, and Creative & Marketing Platforms); deep understanding of procurement and creative systems supporting Available to Sell and supplier management.
Oversee Value Chain Performance: Monitor the end-to-end flow of virtual assets, ensuring digital continuity, mitigating systemic disruptions (inventory mismatches), and leading performance reviews in executive forums.
Drive Cross-Functional Roadmaps: Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Engineering, and Supply Chain leadership to translate strategic Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) into multi-year technical designs.
Lead & Mentor Talent: Manage a specialized team of digital operations experts, fostering a collaborative environment that connects technical product design with front-line commercial execution.
