The Technical Architect will design, develop, and deploy innovative Salesforce solutions while leading code reviews and establishing platform standards. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical delivery.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience, including 7+ years specifically in Salesforce. Proficiency in declarative and programmatic development, along with the ability to obtain a government security clearance, is required.
As a Steampunk Enterprise Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible using the Salesforce platform. Our Architects welcome the challenge of blending declarative and programmatic development resources including lightning components, apex, triggers, workflows, approval processes, validation rules and visual force pages. You will oversee the development of solutions, leading code reviews, developing project and platform standards, and providing constructive feedback to your team. Steampunk architects aren’t afraid of getting their hands dirty with configuration and development and are integral parts to delivering cutting edge solutions to our clients.

Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $175,000 to $220,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
