The manager will drive the implementation and growth of test automation across the enterprise while defining quality engineering policies and procedures. They will also collaborate with development teams to lead performance testing efforts and manage technology roadmaps for automation and release management tools.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of IT experience, including 5 years in quality assurance and 2 years in leadership. A bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science is preferred, along with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and automation tools.
