Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a MBSE Systems Engineer 1/2 located in Boulder, CO.
As a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Systems Engineer on this team, you will support the development of the system architectures, requirement decomposition, and model-based analysis for RF segment stems across multiple ground entry point programs. You will contribute to system definition, requirements management, verification planning, and system integration activities from early program development through system test and verification.
In this role, you will collaborate with senior engineers, program leadership, and customers to ensure technical requirements and system architecture are well defined and aligned across the program lifecycle. You will help develop and maintain system models and engineering artifacts within MBSE tools, supporting the program’s authoritative source of technical information and contributing to system performance and mission success.

Associate MBSE Engineer - Level 1: $76,200 to $114,400
MBSE Engineer - Level 2: $91,800 to $137,600
Primary Level Salary Range: $76,200.00 - $114,400.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $91,800.00 - $173,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
