Partner with strategic AEC customers to maximize the value of Autodesk solutions through technical guidance and consulting. Support customers in improving workflows and accelerating the adoption of Autodesk products across the project lifecycle.
Requires at least 5 years of experience in AEC construction workflows and BIM-led environments, with expert knowledge of Autodesk Forma. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and fluency in English are required.
As a Senior Technical Adoption Specialist (TAS) for Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC), you will partner with strategic customers to help them maximize the value of Autodesk solutions and achieve their business goals. Through technical guidance, consulting, and adoption services, you will support customers in improving workflows, increasing collaboration, and driving successful outcomes across the project lifecycle.
You will join the Technical Adoption group within Customer Success—a collaborative team that values continuous learning, professional growth, and customer success. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations accelerate adoption and realize the full potential of Autodesk products and platforms.
You will report to the Manager, Technical Adoption, EMEA. We support hybrid working with no minimum office-day requirement, providing flexibility to help you do your best work.
