As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously refining and improving software to meet evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Networking.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and network architecture within the Amazon Web Services environment.
- Experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable network solutions using virtual private clouds, subnets, and routing.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and optimize network performance in cloud-based systems.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to manage network configurations and deployments.
- Understanding of network security best practices, including firewalls, access control lists, and encryption techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AWS Networking.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
