Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software enhancements, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software designs, development processes, and troubleshooting activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Maximo.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs within enterprise environments.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM Maximo.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
