Lead the design and delivery of an AI-powered ecosystem to transform traditional statistical programming within clinical trials and real-world evidence programs. Develop the organization's AI strategy, establish governance frameworks, and mentor teams in the adoption of automated validation techniques.
Requires at least 8 years of experience in biometrics or statistical programming within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting. Must possess strong programming skills in R, Python, and SAS, along with a deep understanding of CDISC standards and AI technologies.
