Candidates must have at least 5 years of central government policy experience, with at least 2 years at a senior level. Proven ability to deliver high-impact work in complex environments and strong communication skills for senior leadership engagement are required.

As a Senior Policy Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based policy advice to support the Social Investment work programme. Working across the Systems Coordination and Design team and alongside operational and enabling functions, you’ll lead complex analysis, manage policy projects, and contribute to strengthening team capability.
Band 17: $106,760 - $125,600 - $150,720 (usually offers are made between $106,760 and $125,600)
