Your Role:
Supports daily operations across two (2) childcare centers; serve as the central coordination point for administrative tasks, family communication, and classroom support while helping maintain a positive, efficient, nurturing environment.

Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients.
Serves as the primary office coordinator for two (2) childcare centers.
Performs daily classroom checks; ensures proper ratio compliance.
Builds positive relationships with current and prospective parents.
Performs miscellaneous duties.

Supervises:
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., certificate of high school equivalency). Successful completion of the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) 45-hour training course.
Preferred Education:
Required Experience:
One (1) year each of office administration and childcare experience
Preferred Experience:
Childcare, preschool, or administrative support experience.
