The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for providing quality patient care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and goal setting. They also serve as a patient advocate and supervise rehab assistants and students while maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved Speech-Language Pathology curriculum and hold active, unencumbered licensure. A working knowledge of Medicare and active CPR/BLS certification are required.

Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Speech-Language Pathologist is to assist in providing and directing all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation according to organizations guidelines, professional standards and community needs. Serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current and prospective patients, and to all internal and external customers. Actively participates in quality assurance and customer service activities.
