The Residential Support Specialist provides compassionate, person-centered care by assisting residents with daily living tasks, medication, and hygiene. They also facilitate community engagement activities and collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure holistic support.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. The ability to pass required clearances and complete medication training within 90 days of hire is also mandatory.
