The Residential Treatment Technician coordinates daily activities for residents and ensures their proper treatment and care within a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising clients, facilitating transportation, monitoring behaviors, and assisting with medication administration and intake processes.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree preferred, and previous experience in substance abuse or mental health. A clean driving record and a valid Nebraska driver's license are required to perform client transportation duties.

Founded in 1975, the Siena Francis House’s ultimate goal is to end homelessness by helping our clients achieve permanent, stable housing out in the community. In support of this effort, Siena Francis House provides shelter, food, clothing and other emergency services to individuals experiencing homelessness – 24/7, 365 days a year – with concurrent case management services to help clients develop their housing plans and strategies. In addition, Siena Francis House provides residential addiction rehabilitation services to people experiencing homelessness or are at-risk, due to substance abuse disorders, as well as Permanent Supportive Housing for formerly homeless, disabled clients.
