The Outreach Worker engages high-risk youth to prevent violence through mentorship, conflict mediation, and structured workshops. They are also responsible for ensuring student safety via safe passage services and collaborating with school personnel and law enforcement.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or HSE and at least two years of applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required.

The Outreach Worker (OW) is responsible for engaging high-risk youth and supporting violence prevention efforts in schools and surrounding communities. This position involves building meaningful relationships with participants, facilitating structured sessions, and ensuring safe passage to and from school. The Outreach Worker acts as a mentor and role model, promoting positive behaviors and addressing conflicts before they escalate

Compensation: 25.75
