The Maintenance Worker is responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and cleaning of program sites and common areas. This includes performing carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance while coordinating with outside vendors and managing fleet vehicle care.
Previous building maintenance experience and knowledge of janitorial tools are preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic computer literacy for updating work orders.

The Maintenance Worker will work under the Director of Operations, Director of Facilities and other administrators to ensure that maintenance needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Previous building maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge of general maintenance and janitorial equipment and tools. Valid driver license and reliable transportation needed. Additional licensure or training given consideration.
Good mechanical and problem-solving skills. Well organized and the ability to complete tasks in a timely and complete manner. Computer literate and able to update work orders in property management software and communicate effectively using electronic means such as email, text messaging, etc.
