Must be a licensed LPN in the State of Ohio with a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and CPR certification. Candidates must pass a criminal background check and a 10-panel drug screen.

Hospice LPN – Making every moment matter
As a Hospice LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace.
This is a FT position, M-F 8am-5pm with every 6th weekend rotation and 1 holiday per year. This is a driving position seeing patients in both facilities and homes within the greater Huber Heights and surrounding area
Qualifications of this role:
LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
One year of nursing experience is preferred.
CPR Certified.
Computer skills are sufficient to properly document services and care.
Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen
